David C. Blum
David Blum graduated in 1997 from the S.J. Quinney School of Law at the
University of Utah, where he had the distinction of serving as a Senior
Staff member of the Utah Law Review. Mr. Blum has the dedication and
determination necessary to help his clients achieve favorable outcomes
in complex legal fights. But after nearly two decades as an attorney,
Mr. Blum has the
experience needed to help his clients work toward effective and
efficient legal
solutions
designed to achieve their goals without unnecessary expense and delay.
Mr. Blum has successfully assisted clients in a variety of family law
matters, including adoptions, divorce, guardianships, child support,
child custody, alimony, and more. Because of his extensive experience
in family law, Mr. Blum has important insights on estate
planning issues that can arise in various individual and family
circumstances. He can work with his clients to create
personalized estate plans tailored to meet their unique needs.
Mr. Blum's practice also includes personal injury and accident work,
where he works hard to ensure that his clients' rights are protected,

Stephen W.
Howard
Utah
attorney
Stephen W. Howard
graduated
cum laude
from the
Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark School of Law. His academic
honors include membership in the National Order of Barristers, and
receipt of the American College of Trial Lawyers Medal for Excellence
in Advocacy. He has served previously as a member of the Board of
Direcors and as interim Executive Director of the Utah Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers. Trusted and recognized for his knowledge,
skill, and
attention to
detail, Stephen Howard has assisted clients a trial lawyer, advocate,
negotiator, and legal counselor since 1999.

Mr.
Howard began his legal career working with the Salt Lake Legal
Defender Association ("LDA"). During more than a decade at LDA, Mr.
Howard acquired more real courtroom experience than many attorneys will
see during an entire career.
While employed at LDA, Mr. Howard worked
in the appellate division, as a trial attorney, and eventually as part
of the capital defense team. His successes include appeals, trials,
motion practice and more. His hard work and dedication have contributed
to successful outcomes for his clients, both in and out of the
courtroom.
In
the years since entering private practice, Mr. Howard has also enjoyed
the opportunity to help provide peace of mind to individuals and
families, by helping them to create wills, trusts, and other estate
planning tools. He also works with clients in the the field of family
law, assisting them in adoptions, guardianships, and more.

Andrew McAdams
Andrew
McAdams is a Utah native with a national resume. His prior
legal
experience includes time spent as a law school professor in North
Carolina as well as work as a felony prosecutor in one of the largest
state prosecutor's offices in the nation. Before joining the Canyons
Law Group, Mr. McAdams also worked for the Cache County Attorney's
office as a felony prosecutor and drug court prosecutor.

As
a law professor, Mr. McAdams had the distinction of presenting at the
Conference of the New England
Consortium
of Legal Writing Professors at the Suffolk School of Law in Boston. As
a prosecutor, he was responsible for pursuing criminal charges ranging
from complex white-collar crime to murder. As an attorney in private
practice, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his work in
representing his clients.

Adam J. Elmore
Adam
Elmore is a graduate of the University of California,
Hastings
College of Law, where he served as an editor of the Hastings
Constitutional Law Review. He has been approved by the Utah Supreme
Court to serve as a mentor in the Utah State Bar's Young Lawyers
Training Program.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Elmore accepted a
position with the Utah Federal Defenders Office. Following that, he
spent the next thirteen years as a trial lawyer for the Salt Lake Legal
Defender Association where he played a critical role in the
Association's felony division and capital defense team.
Mr. Elmore's extensive courtroom experience includes successes in jury
trials, legal motion practice, negotiations, and much more. During his
years of legal practice he has developed and refined the skills
necessary to be an effective advocate for his clients, both in and out
of court.

C. Condie - Of Counsel
Shawn Condie
is affiliated with the Canyons Law Group as an of counsel member of the
firm. His law practice focuses on criminal defense and family
law.
Prior to law school, Shawn received POST training and worked in law
enforcement as a special functions officer. He
has also worked as a court clerk, court transport officer, and bailiff.
He brings a wealth of
knowledge from his previous law enforcement and court employment to his
practice as he works to protect the rights and interests of his
clients. Mr. Condie holds a master's degree in criminal justice, and
has earned bachelor's degrees in both Spanish and
criminal justice.

Bradley Henderson - As a decorated military veteran, his
experience as a United States Air Force JAG
officer has
given Brad Henderson a breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in
the American criminal justice system that is rare among Utah attorneys.
After more than 12 years of honorable service in the United States Air
Force, Mr. Henderson returned to Utah. He now applies the legal talents
he developed as a prosecutor in both federal and military courts to his
